Public Liability

This protects your legal liability to pay for compensation and claimants costs and expenses for accidental bodily injury loss of or damage to property sustained by members of the public and occurring in connection with your event.

The cover should be based on the total number of visitors expected to attend throughout the whole period of insurance.

Employers Liability

Protects your legal liabilities in respect of compensation and claimants costs and expenses for accidental bodily injury to anyone you employ including temporary staff, volunteers, helpers, whether paid or unpaid.

Event Equipment

Covers your liability in respect of the accidental loss of damage to equipment for which you are legally responsible for both at the occasion and in transit to or from the venue during the period of the insurance.

Main Exclusions
 

 

• The first £250 of each and every claim
• Loss, theft or damage at unattended venues or vehicles
• Dangerous Activities
• Independent stall holders, exhibitors, contractors or suppliers
• Injury to riders, judges or officials whilst mounted at a ridden horse event
• Shooting, archery, bouncy castles, fireworks, fairground rides and its as knockout
• Any willful or malicious act, acts of vandalism
• Damage to ground surfaces and underground services
