With our road rescue Product you can be confident our experienced team with get you and your passengers back on the road fast. We offer cover for Vans, Cars, Motorcycles, and Taxi’s. There is no vehicle age limit and we allow up to 6 call outs per year. We cover any driver providing they have permission form the policy holder and we are available to call out 24hours a day 365 days per year.
Our road rescue product provides cover for Cars, Vans, Taxi’s, Mini Buses Motorcycles ( motorcycles 122cc or over) and all vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes gross weight, 7 meters in length,3 meters in height and 2.25 meters in length).
We provide road side assistance with the aim to get you back on the road as soon as possible and minimize and delays or cost to you.
Our vehicle recovery offers recovery of your vehicle and up to 8 people from any one location (for minibuses this increases to 17 people).
We offer assistance at home with no minimum distances from your home. Our onward transportation service will provide you with a replacement vehicle for up to 1 day whilst your vehicle is fixed. If this is not possible overnight accommodation or alternative travel will be provided.
There is no vehicle age limit on the policy and you can call us out up to 6 times in one year.
A message relay service is available to advise family, friends or business associates of any travel delays and any driver can be covered whilst driving your vehicle provided they have permission from the policyholder.
Cover also includes any caravan or trailer that is being towed (up to 3.5 tonnes gross weight, 8 meters in length, 3 meters in height and 2.3 meters in width).
If you have opted for our European cover in addition to the UK cover we will also provide £750.00 towards a self driver hire vehicle for you to complete your journey if your vehicle can not be repaired within 24 hours. If your vehicle cannot be repaired within 12 hours we will cover any expense towards additional accommodation costs or we will provide the required travel to get you home including possible expenses. If Europ Assist confirms that your vehicle cannot be repaired by your return date we will arrange for vehicle repatriation to the United Kingdom or collection of the vehicle from abroad for repair.
You are covered in Europe for any number of trips for up to 90 days at a time you are provided with an urgent message relay service.
We provide a replacement driver service and accidental damage or loss of tent cover.
We are available to call out 24 hours per day, 365 Days per year.
